Arrives the capital Taipei early morning. Begin our journey with a city tour with a visit the captivating allure and historical significance of Liberty Square Arch, a monumental gateway nestled within the expansive Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. This iconic archway stands as a testament to Taiwan’s complex history and vibrant culture, playing a pivotal role in the nation’s journey towards democracy and freedom. Visit the National Palace Museum – originally established as the Palace Museum in Beijing’s Forbidden City on 10 October 1925, shortly after the expulsion last emperor of Qing Dynasty. Day 04: Yehliu – Jiufen Town – Shifen Waterfall – Dadaocheng – NI Night market

Once you have finished your gourmet breakfast. Starting to visit Yehliu, a cape in Wanli, famous for its hoodoo stones, thin spires of rock formed by sedimentary stone. Many rock formations have creative names, including the most well-known “The Queen’s Head.” Continue to visit Jiufen Town, is a small village on the mountains. It has been made famous largely due to its similarity to the village in Spirited Away, arguably Hayao Miyazaki’s most popular movie. Shifen Waterfall, is the most renowned cascading waterfall in Taiwan. Although not nearly the tallest the island has to offer, it’s is certainly the widest at an impressive 40 meters. Because of its horseshoe shape and powerful flow, it is nicknamed the Little Niagara of Taiwan. Day 05: Macau – Wynn Palace – The Venetian Macao – Cotai Strip

Flight to Macau, is a popular tourist destination due to its unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese cultures, world-class resorts, and vibrant nightlife, especially its casinos. It also boasts a rich history and UNESCO World Heritage sites, attracting both luxury travelers and history enthusiasts. Enjoy the water fountain show, is an impressive spectacle show, is located in front of the Wynn Palace resort and is one of the largest water features in the world. The fountain is designed in a circular shape with a diameter of 28 meters and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The show itself is a mesmerizing display of water, light, and music. The fountains dance and sway to popular songs, classical music, and Chinese melodies, making it a unique and entertaining experience for visitors of all ages. The Wynn Fountain is also an excellent place to take photos and capture the beauty of the resort. Day 06: Ruins of St.Paul’s – Old City Walls – Senado Square – Coloane

Beyond the glittering casinos and bustling shopping centres, Macau has much more to explore for tourists. As a former Portuguese colony, the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures has influenced many aspects of the city, including its architecture and cuisine, creating a unique charm exclusive to Macau. Enjoy the sightseeing of Ruins of St.Paul’s, a section of the Old City Walls. Senado Square was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in year 2005. Coloane, known as the “Back Garden of Macau,” has a 300-year-old old town area with historical buildings and colorful houses full of exotic charm. (B/L)

Day 07: Hong Kong – Hainan island

Morning go through the Immigration. Drive across over the longest bridge-cum-tunnel sea crossing in the world to Hong Kong. The length from Hong Kong Port to Zhuhai Port and Macao Port is approximately 34 miles, offer a Unesco World Heritage site city centre, a unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese cultures, and world-leading gaming and entertainment. Days 08: Sanya – Binglanggu Li & Miao Cultural Heritage Park

After your delicious gourmet breakfast. Morning head to find out the history of Sanya when taking the trip to Binglanggu Li & Miao Cultural Heritage Park. Binglanggu is a combination of local village and artificial development. You will get to know Li & Miao culture from the shows, food, real houses, exhibitions and handicrafts. Enjoy the 60-minute foot massage. After the dinner, see the famous show “Sanya Eternal Love” is a large-scale song and dance performance that tells the story of Sanya’s 10,000-year history. Day 10: Haikou – Qilou Old Street

Morning drive to Haikou, the capital of Hainan Province. Compared with Sanya, Haikou is a less-obvious but not less-impressive destination in Hainan. Enjoy your time at Qilou Old Street – a historic street with over 600 arcade buildings featuring exotic landscapes, with a fusion of European and Asian styles. Day 12: Lantau Island – Big Buddha statue – Ngong Ping Village – Ngong Ping 360 – Tung Chung

After a full delicious gourmet breakfast at the hotel. Depart to discover the culture and history of Hong Kong’s largest outlying island, Lantau Island. Make your way through the scenic countryside as you travel past lush green valleys, fishing villages, and even the iconic outdoor Big Buddha statue. Explore the streets of the cultural-themed Ngong Ping Village. Take the Ngong Ping 360, the cable car stretches over almost 4 miles from Tung Chung across the bay toward the airport and then onward to Lantau Island, gives you a panoramic view of the airport, harbor, and entire city before it travels through the surrounding mountains. Day 13: Hong Kong Island – Victoria Peak – Avenue of Stars – Taoist temple

Your journey continues to take a tour of the fabulous Hong Kong Island. Ascend to the summit of Victoria Peak on the Peak Tram ride for a panoramic view of the city. This tram takes you to the top of the Peak, Hong Kong Island’s largest mountain, at 518 meters (1,700 feet). Upon exiting at the top, you’ll enjoy spectacular 180-degree views of the skyscrapers of Victoria Harbor, Kowloon, and the surrounding hills. It’s the best view of the city. Return to the city, a city tour can be a whirlwind of iconic landmarks and cultural experiences. Terms & Agreements

Itinerary and Reservation:

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions or the destinations’ hours of operation
  • A deposit of $300 per person and the flight ticket issuance fee must be paid upon reservation 
  • Tour prices can only be guaranteed after travelers deposit.
  • The balance amount must be paid at least 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of your reservation and your deposit will not be refunded
  • If a reservation is made within 60 days prior to the departure date, a full payment is required.
  • The tour fare does not include: Gratuity to driver & tour guide, porterage at hotels & personal expense, travel insurance

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposit: For tours departing in June, July, August and December or during special events and holidays, deposits are non-refundable. All other tours are subject to a service charge equal to 50% of the total deposit fee as well as any airline penalties if a cancellation is made 60 days or more before the tour departure date. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within 60 days or less before the tour departure date.
  • Final Payment: For tours departing in June, July, August and December or during special events and holidays, final payments are non-refundable. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date is subject to a 50% service charge of the total tour package fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior the tour departure date.
  • Visa and Processing Fees: Visa and processing fees are non-refundable.

Travel documents:

  • U.S. citizens are required to have a passport for all trips outside of the U.S., which must be valid for at least six months beyond the completion date of the tour. Entry laws differ with respect to travelers’ citizenship.
  • It is the responsibility of the travelers to submit valid and proper travel documentation. Non-U.S. citizens should check for visa requirements.
  • Each participant is responsible for any expenses incurred because of delays or itinerary changes related to his/her lack of appropriate travel documents and are ineligible for any refund from AV Travel should these circumstances arise.
  • For more information on countries requiring visas for U.S. citizens and non-U.S citizens, please refer to the U.S. Department of State website: www.travel.state.gov.
  • Some countries require that your passport has two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.

Other Terms & Provisions

  • AV Travel reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary and/or schedule, including canceling a tour departure in accordance to its tour operating policy and requirements.
  • If a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date by AV Travel, the company’s only obligation is to refund the amount received from each participant of the specified tour.
  • AV Travel acts only as an agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, meals and other services provided to the tour participants. Neither AV Travel or its agents assume responsibility for death, personal injury, property damage and loss, or delays incurred by any person in connection with the tour or by result of any event beyond its control, including neglect, strike, war, terrorism, hostility, civil disturbance, and/or any acts of God.
