Day 01: Los Angeles

Depart from Los Angeles. AV Travel tour leader will fly with the group.

Day 02: Pacific Ocean

Fly across the Pacific Ocean.

Day 03: Fiji Islands - Half-day City Tour

Arrive at Nadi Airport very early in the morning. Welcome you with a “Bula” smile with Shell Lei welcome. Relax & enjoy your breakfast at the First Landing resort with magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and blessed with one of the only white sand beaches in the Nadi area.

Proceed for half day Vuda Lookout tour. We venture into Nadi’s heartland, through the beautiful Sabeto Valley to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, housing the largest and most varied orchid collection in Fiji. Then to Viseisei Village, the legendary landing site of the first Fijians, where you will be shown through the village and handicraft displays. (B/D)

Day 04: Fiji Islands - Combo Cruise

Your journey begin with enjoyment on a Combo Cruise, a fantastic combination cruise exploring the outer Mamanuca Islands and 3 hours spent ashore at South Sea Island. On the Island enjoy great snorkeling and water sports or take the semi-submersible ride to see the spectacular coral and fish life. Everyone gathers around rustic tables at the open-air restaurant to watch Fijian performances and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with salads, beer, wine and soft drinks. You’ll see many of the islands including Treasure,Beachcomber, Mana, Castaway, Malolo and Likuliku. (B/L/D)

Day 05: Fiji - Auckland - The City Of Sails – Harbor Bridge – Mission Bay

Fly to Auckland, the center of New Zealand’s commerce and industry with the nickname “the City of Sails.” Explore the city center, along Karangahape Road with its chequered past & eclectic vibe. Drive past the fashionable Ponsonby & across the Auckland Harbour bridge, enjoying views of the Hauraki Gulf & the city skyline. Visit the Viaduct Harbour & Auckland’s famous Queen street before continuing to the Auckland Domain – the city’s oldest park, situated on a 62,000-year-old volcano with fabulous views of the harbor. Day 06: Waitomo Cave - Lake Taupo

Depart Auckland and travel through the Waikato region known for its dairy farms. Pass through the small settlements of Whatawhata and Pirongia before reaching Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour through this world-famous cave formation, climaxed by drifting silently in a boat through a glow worm cavern lit up with thousands of tiny glow worm lights.

Depart Waitomo, relax on board the coach to Taupo. Lake Taupo is the largest lake in the Southern Hemisphere at 619sq kilometers & lies in a series of volcanic craters. Highlights include the Aratiatia Rapids when at mid-day the gates of this dam on the Waikato River are opened and provide a spectacular view of rapids filling the valley and the famous Huka Falls, another of the wonders of the Waikato River. Day 07: Rotorua

Drive to Rotorua. Visit Te Puia – the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute, home of the world famous Pohutu geyser. View Maori carving, flax garment making and a life-size replica of a traditional Maori village. Visit the Rainbow Springs Nature Park offers a unique showcase of native flora and fauna while the Agrodome Sheep Show is an entertaining ‘hands-on’ experience – an animated insight into New Zealand farming. Day 08: Rotoura - Matamata – Auckland

Travel along Rotorua’s lakeside area to the beautiful Government Gardens, past Rotorua’s Tudor Towers alongside the geothermal steam pools – famous for their therapeutic qualities. Drive to Matamata. Enjoy a guided tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set, where, in the heart of New Zealand, you can step into the lush pastures of the Shire, as featured in The Lord of the Rings & The Hobbit trilogies. Back to Auckland. (B/L/D)

Day 09: Melbourne -SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium

Melbourne is the state capital of Victoria and the second-most populous city in Australia and Oceania. The name “Melbourne” covers an urban agglomeration spanning 9,992.5 km2, which comprises the broader metropolitan area, as well as being the common name for its city center. Melbourne has compelling appeal in its gardens, its history, its character and its charm.

Visit SEA LIFE Melbourne to embark on an interactive ocean adventure filled with amazing discovery around every corner. Discover your inner adventurer as you dive through the depths of the ocean, before waddling your way to the icy cool waters of Antarctica, home to the regal King and cheeky Gentoo penguins! (B/D)

Day 10: Queen Victoria Market - Melbourne Centre - Philip Island - Penguin Reserve

Morning visit Melbourne’s iconic, Queen Victoria Market has been operating since 1878, is a major landmark in Melbourne, Australia, is the largest and most intact surviving 19th century market in the city. Queen Victoria Market is historically, architecturally and socially significant and has been listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. It has become an increasingly important tourist attraction in the city of Melbourne. Spend some time at Melbourne Centre, the city’s cultural, entertainment and financial heart. Enjoy your free time in China Town, where you can buy a lot of souvenir gifts for friends. Continue to Western Port Bay – water birds and mangroves & Philip Island Nature Park – a natural home for Koalas, Seals & little Penguins. (B/L/D)

Day 11: Great Ocean Road - The Twelve Apostles

Take a ride through nature on the spectacular Great Ocean Road, which winds alongside the wild and windswept Southern Ocean. This diverse and dramatic region takes in surf beaches, historic ports, whale lookouts, breathtaking mountain ranges, rainforests and national parks. Witness the rugged splendour of the famous Twelve Apostles, magnificent rock stacks that rise up majestically from the Southern Ocean on Victoria’s dramatic coastline. (B/L/D)

Day 12: Melbourne – Sydney - Showboat Dinner Cruise

Sydney, the fast paced city of cosmopolitan character is one of the world’s most beautiful places. Enjoy the Dinner Cruise & watch Sydney light up. Take the photo opportunities of floodlit Sydney Harbour icons in the evening. (B/D)

Day 13: Sydney - Darling Harbour - Opera House - Royal Botanic Garden

Visit the Spectacular Darling Harbour, Sydney Entertainment Centre, The Rock’s. Visit Milson’s Point for the best possible photo opportunity of the Sydney Opera House, view the beautiful Middle Harbour area and Spit Bridge from Seaforth Lookout. Continue to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful settings you will see anywhere, with the gardens filling an area of land between the harbor and the eastern part of the central business district.. Day 14: The Blue Mountains - Koala Park - Cabramatta Town

Move on to the Blue Mountains. Stop by Echo Point to see the Three Sisters rock formation towering over Jamison Valley. There will also be magnificent views over Megalong Valley as we follow the scenic Cliff Drive. continues with a walk on the valley floor boardwalk under a canopy of tall tree ferns & get breathtaking views over the Grose Valley from Govetts Leap. There will also be a tour through mountain towns of Medlow Bath and Mt. Victoria. Wonder at the ruggedness of the Blue Mountains from Bells Line.
Stop to visit Koala Park, discovering over a hundred species of Australia’s diverse wildlife: koalas, kangaroos, wallabies & wombats. Visit the Vietnamese town at Cabramatta. (B/L/D)

Day 15: Sydney - Los Angeles

Fly back to Los Angeles Airport. (B)

  • A deposit of $300 per person must be paid upon reservation 
  • The balance amount must be paid at least 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of your reservation and your deposit will not be refunded.
  • If a reservation is made within 60 days prior to the departure date, a full payment is required.
  • The tour fare does not include: Gratuity to driver & tour guide, Porterage at hotels & Personal expense
  • Travelers are required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date
  • It is the responsibility of the travelers to submit valid and proper travel documentation. Non-U.S. citizens should check for visa requirements.
