Day 01: Los Angeles/San Francisco

Depart from Los Angeles or San Francisco Airport in the evening.

Day 02: The Pacific Ocean

Fly across the Pacific Ocean.

Day 03: Beijing

Beijing, the capital of China, famed for its ancient sites such as the iconic Forbidden City, and as being the gateway to some of the most visited portions of the Great Wall. Start your journey with a visit The Temple of Heaven: a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God’s bless of the whole nation. – The Sacred Road: “the way leading to Heaven” this is guarded on both sides with 12 stone statues. Day 04: Beijing - Forbidden City - Summer Palace

After concluding your gourmet breakfast. Your journey start with a visit the Forbidden City, the most important imperial palace in China that served as the home of emperors for almost 500 years. Take a crash course in Chinese history and learn all about the milestones and major events that took place in this massive palace. This UNESCO World Heritage Site built in the 14th century is made up of 980 buildings. Cross over to Beijing’s most prominent spot, Tiananmen Square. After that, head towards the Temple of Heaven. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, the imperial complex played host to annual ceremonies of prayer. From there, continue to the beautiful Summer Palace. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is a masterpiece of Chinese landscape design, with natural landscape of hills and water combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges. In December 1998, UNESCO included the Summer Palace on its World Heritage. (B/L/D)

Day 05: Beijing - Great Wall

Morning take the cable car takes you to the Mutianyu Great Wall, which stands as a monument to both the strength and the weakness of the Chinese Ming Dynasty. You will learn, touch, and explore the history of a wall built over 300 years ago, yet which remains largely intact as it snakes endlessly across the mountain ridgelines. The Great Wall snakes its way thousands of miles across Northern China and is one of the few objects on the earth visible even from the moon. Enjoy special dinner with the Peking Duck. You can’t come to Beijing and not try the famous Peking duck. Its paper crispy skin and tender succulent meat are best savored with plum sauce and thinly sliced cucumber all rolled up in wafer thin pancakes.

Day 06: Beijing - Zhengzhou - Shaolin Temple

After concluding your gourmet breakfast. Go to the airport to take the flight to Zhengzhou & then drive to visit Shaolin Monastery in Dengfeng. Built in 495AD, Shaolin Temple is the cradle of Kung Fu and the Chinese Buddhism. On August 1, 2010, the site was listed as a UNESCO Heritage List site. Visit the ancient buildings including the Hall of Heavenly Kings , the Pagoda Forest, the Dharma Cave & the Shaolin Temple Martial Art Training Center. Enjoy a magnificent Kung Fu Show in Shaolin Wushu Hall which is performed by martial monks of Shaolin Temple. (B/L/D)

Day 07: Zhengzhou - Luoyang

Once you have finished your breakfast, depart to visit Longmen Grottoes: contain the largest and most impressive collection of Chinese art of the late Northern Wei & Tang Dynasties (316 – 907), entirely devoted to the Buddhist religion, represent the high point of Chinese stone carving. Luoyang is renowned as being ‘the city of peonies’. The city has long been famous for its beautiful peonies. Luoyang National Peony Garden is the best place to see the national flower of China. The peony has been called the ‘king of flowers’ for its gorgeous charm and unbelievably beauty. In late spring, most of the peonies reach their peak bloom. The whole garden is decorated with all kinds of peonies in different sizes and colors. Afternoon enjoy your time at Lijingmen old street. (B/L/D)

Day 08: Luoyang - Xian

After a lovely breakfast. Departure to Xian, visit the South Gate Old City Wall, which is the most complete city wall to have survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Enjoy the famous Tang Dynasty dinner & show. (B/L/D)

Day 09: Xian

Today, discover one of China’s most iconic sights as you enjoy a visit to the Terracotta Warriors Museum. Approximately 8,000 sculpted figures were buried alongside Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China, and today you can see this once in a lifetime sight for yourself. Each figure is impressively crafted and unique. Be blown away by the intricacy and the sheer number of the figures as you learn about their significance. Visit Huaqing Palace, also known as Huaqing Hot Springs, is a well – known historic site. It gets its fame for being the place where the romantic story of Emperor Tangxuanzong of Tang Dynasty (618 – 907) and his beloved Yang Guifei (or Concubine Yang) took place.
Afterwards, visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Muslim Quarter and enjoy some shopping time there. (B/L/D)

Day 10: Xian - Hangzhou

We will fly to Hangzhou, was described as ‘the most beautiful and elegant city in the world’. The heavenly beauty of West Lake & the many historical and cultural sites surrounding. Take a cruise tour to enjoy the magnificent view of the West Lake. With famous picturesque West Lake coexisting perfectly with the modern urban in downtown, and refreshing Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations, peaceful Lingyin Buddhist temple, lovely rural villages, etc. being the best graceful surrounding belt. Day 11: Hangzhou

After finish your delicious breakfast. Visit the Lingyin Temple, it is the most influential temple in South China, and is regarded as one of the 10 famous Buddhist temples. Visit Meijiawu Tea village, is famous for produces Longjing (Dragon Well) tea, considered one of the finest teas in China and the world. Surrounded by mountains, valleys, and streams, Meijiawu Tea Village is a picturesque locale where we can learn all about the heritage, production, and benefits of Longjing tea. (B/L/D)

Day 12: Hangzhou - Suzhou

Your journey continues to Suzhou, known as the “Venice of the East” today. Visit The Humble Administrator’s Garden, the largest garden in Suzhou and is generally considered to be the finest garden in all of the south, was proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Garden of the Master of Nets, one of the smallest, yet considered one of the best designed & most elegant of the private gardens still extant. (B/L/D)

Day 13: Suzhou - Shanghai

Morning drive to Shanghai. Discover the captivating allure of Shanghai, a sprawling metropolis on China’s eastern coast, where modernity meets tradition in perfect harmony. Marvel at the dazzling skyline adorned with futuristic skyscrapers, including the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai Tower. Stroll along The Bund, a waterfront promenade that offers a mesmerizing fusion of historic European architecture and contemporary high – rises. Additionally, explore the city’s rich heritage in neighborhoods like Old Town (Yu Garden), where traditional Chinese architecture and charming alleyways transport you back in time. The French Concession offers tree – lined streets, trendy boutiques, and quaint cafes with a distinct European ambiance.

Situated on the east bank of the Huangpu River, the Bund is the symbol of Shanghai. Assembling the highlights of Shanghai, You stay at The Central Shanghai Hotel 5 stars, conveniently located in shopping district & adjacent to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Mall, it will brings you enough convenience for free time in sightseeing, catering, entertainment & shopping. When strolling among the bustling Nanjing Road, you will be fascinated by the world – famous brands, local specialties. Day 14: Shanghai

Enjoy a day cruise around Shanghai and see one of Asia’s most progressive cities. A cruise on Huang River gives you another way to see the Bund, the cultural district along the river. Come to visit the historic place in Shanghai: The French Concession is the area of Shanghai that the French government administered from 1849 until 1946. The tree – lined avenues and the many fine old houses in the area still retain an air of the “Paris of the East”. In particular, the many wrought iron fences and stair railings will look familiar to anyone who knows Paris or Montreal. Step back in time in the charming traditional Yu Garden at the Shanghai Old Town. It was built by the Pan family in the Ming Dynasty. It has been restored & become one of the most popular tourist sites in the city. Enjoy the famous Acrobatic Show. (B/D)
